Who sends these messages

Text messages come from East Coast Worldwide Studios, a tattoo, body-piercing, laser tattoo-removal and fine-jewelry studio at 8833 Perimeter Park Blvd, Suite 501, Jacksonville, FL 32216.

What we send

These are service messages about your own appointments. We do not send advertising by text. You may receive:

  • Booking confirmations when you make an appointment.
  • Appointment reminders — typically a week before, two days before, and on the day, including a link to complete your paperwork in advance.
  • Cancellation notices if an appointment is cancelled.
  • Aftercare follow-ups after a tattoo, piercing or laser session.
  • A short post-visit survey, once, asking how we did.

How often

Message frequency varies with your appointments — typically a handful of messages per visit, and none at all when you have nothing booked. Message and data rates may apply.

How you opted in

We text the mobile number you gave us when you booked an appointment, so that we can confirm and remind you about that appointment. If you would rather not be texted, opt out at any time using the instructions below — it will not affect your booking.

How to stop them

  • Reply STOP to any message. We'll send one confirmation and then stop texting you.
  • Reply HELP to any message for help and our contact details.
  • Or call or email us using the details below and ask us to stop.

Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment. If you need to change or cancel a booking, please call us — we won't see a cancellation sent by text after you've opted out.

Your privacy

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We use a messaging provider solely to deliver messages to your mobile carrier; text-message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone else.
