We're open to the public for notarizations — book an appointment with one of our notaries at your convenience.

Good to know

Please don't expect to walk in without an appointment. There are some exceptions to what we're able to notarize. And if you're receiving a service here, the person notarizing your document can't be your service provider or anyone with ownership in the studio.

Our notaries

Brad Byrd, Julian Kelley, James Coleman, Eugene Gamit, and Jordan Dzialoski are commissioned notaries. If you're also receiving a service here, Florida rules mean your notary can't be the person performing your service (or an owner of the studio) — answer a few quick questions when you book and we'll make sure the right notary is available for you.

Practical details

  • Bring a valid government photo ID and your unsigned document — you'll sign in front of the notary.
  • Our fee is $10 per notarial act (the Florida maximum).
  • Common documents include minor consent forms (including ours), affidavits, titles, and powers of attorney.
