I initially found this place online from their reviews and really liked how much information they had on their site. I walked in without an appointment to discuss a piercing I wanted and James immediately answered all of my questions and said he could do it right then if I was comfortable! He walked me through the process, broke down the price, and never once made me feel like it was rushed. It’s clear he has a passion for this and he thoroughly explained aftercare in a way that not many other piercers have in my experience. I was completely relaxed in his care and I would recommend coming here for any piercing service you need! The shop itself is also very clean and organized, I will definitely be coming back for future services!

Got my nose pierced by James, absolutely awesome dude. The whole location is super clean and the rooms resemble a doctors office which was sooo reassuring when getting it done. James was so helpful in calming my nerves and explaining the healing and cleaning process to me. He was very thorough and detailed which i LOVED. Everything was so sterile and clean it was truly an awesome experience!!

James Coleman knows piercings very well and was super gentle on me. I have a nipple piercing and it was sensitive and be helped me get a bigger one to help me heal better and told me some stuff I didn’t know at all about how to clean it. Thanks so much going to be coming to you again soon

I love my new tattoo! The shop was very clean and sanitized! The staff even wears scrubs! My tattoo artist, Eugene Gamit, had a very chill vibe. He listened to what I wanted and made a design better than I expected! He was honest and up front about the process. Including the time it takes, cost, pain, and after care. During the session, not once did it seem like he was doing a rush job. He took his time and often checked on me to see if I was okay. I enjoyed my experience and highly recommend coming here!

I was a walk-in customer today. The receptionist at the desk was very courteous and helpful. James came out and took the time to talk with me, as I had a question if he could use my own diamond stud. He reviewed the piercing process, the jewelry and posts. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed. He took the time to explain each step while piercing my nose. He ensured that I understood the cleaning and care of my piercing. I never felt rushed at all and he made me feel comfortable. The facility is extremely clean. I am very happy with James piercing and will definitely return. I'm so glad I went to East Coast! I can see why they have a 4.9 rating and great reviews! James is amazing 👏

So clean, so professional, and the staff is super patient and kind! Brought myself and my 7 year old here to get piercings and it was the most amazing experience. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

I’ve never gotten a tattoo before, and I’m so glad I chose East Coast Tattoo Studio. My teenage daughter and I got cancer ribbon tattoos by Eugene. He was very professional, patient, friendly and talented. Out tattoos exceeded our expectations. The studio is more like a very sterile doctor’s office than what I had envisioned. I couldn’t be any happier, wonderful experience!

My friend and I came here together and both had a great experience. I got 2 lobe piercings and a helix piercing during my visit. The pain was not nearly as bad as I expected. Our piercer, James, was very kind, professional, and experienced. I would absolutely come back here for more piercings in the future.

This place is amazing!! I came across this place researching and trying to find a good piercing and tattoo shop where they have a star rating of 4 and above and found east coast. I live on the west side of Jacksonville and it is about a 25 minute drive but trust me, it is worth it. When you first walk in, you will be surprised with how clean the studio is. It was a very colorful and unique setup. While waiting, you are also provided with snacks and drinks. I can only speak on piercings and Jordan has been my piercer for the past 3 piercings I’ve gotten here. She is very friendly and walks you through everything from start to finish. If you having dying questions she will answer them, if you dm her she will answer in minutes. She will always tell you what to do in any type of situation concerning your piercing. She is the best and I will continue to come back for my future piercings. Although it is a bit pricey here, it is for a good reason for piercings are sensitive to certain metals. The most you pay for will be for the jewelry, the service itself is not expensive but, there is no one else I could trust than Jordan for my piercings. The team is very reliable and friendly and are always welcoming. Thanks so so much east coast❤️

I got my first two tattoos done recently at East Coast Worldwide! I did my research on all of the tattoo parlors located near me in Jacksonville. I absolutely love their website and values they have as a parlor. Then I researched tattoo artists in Jacksonville through the social medias connected on the various parlors websites. Julian, hands down, had THE BEST line work I saw in my research! I was also incredibly impressed by their extremely high level of customer service! Julian spent time talking with me and I felt so honored and listen to throughout our conversations. That tattoos are beautiful! Since then, both of my best friends have gone and gotten tattoos from him and they are amazing! Now, we just need to work on my mom :) Thank you, Julian, for everything!!!

The studio was amazingly clean and professional. I was impressed as soon as I walked in. The selection of jewelry was all high quality, which I really appreciate. Jordan helped me pick out my new jewelry, was very up front with pricing with the two pieces I was choosing between. She was very gentle when taking out my old jewelry and putting the new jewelry in. She also helped me put my current septum ring in. I was overall very impressed with this studio. It has an incredible air of professionalism but is also a very welcoming place.
