First time? Nervous? Prepared is relaxed.

Plan your visit

Everything you need to know before you walk in — so your appointment is smooth, on time, and exactly what you hoped for.

What to bring

  • A valid government photo ID. Everyone getting a service needs one, every time — no exceptions.
  • Minors (under 18): a parent or legal guardian, plus the completed notarized consent form (Forms & Waivers). Minors 16+ may come without the parent present, but need their own photo ID and the notarized form. Need a notary? We have them on staff.
  • Your confirmation email (on your phone is fine).
  • Payment: we accept cash, all major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tipping is welcome but never expected.

Before your appointment

  • Eat a real meal and hydrate — water, not alcohol.
  • No alcohol or blood thinners before tattoos or piercings.
  • Sign your waiver online ahead of time (Forms & Waivers) and you'll walk straight in.
  • Running late? Email [email protected] — but know that arriving very late may count as a no-show.

Who can come with you

  • One guest is welcome at your side.
  • Children can't come to your appointment unless they're the one getting their ears pierced. The studio is a working environment with needles and concentration — please arrange childcare. (Bringing a child means rescheduling, and a cancellation fee.)

How appointments work

  • Book online — you'll see the same live calendar we do.
  • A card guarantees your booking. It's stored securely by our processor (we never see the number) and is only charged if you don't show.
  • All bookings are final. Cancelling or rescheduling close to your appointment incurs a fee, disclosed when you book. The policy is the same for everyone — fair and firm.
  • You'll get an email confirmation immediately. No email = no appointment.

When you arrive

  • Free, dedicated parking right outside (directions).
  • Check in, relax — everything that touches you is opened in front of you.
  • Questions during healing afterward? Aftercare has guides and products, and we're an email away.
