No, you may walk-in although an appointment is recommended. If you do not have an appointment you will have to wait on those that do and those that walked-in before you.
Appointments are very easy and can be made via our website.
All appointments can be booked as little as one hour in the future.
Oftentimes artists will schedule drawing time and they may be able to shift their drawing time to accommodate you. Please note that if you are making an appointment on the same day you will need to call after making the appointment to verify with the artist that they have availability. This only applies to appointments booked on the same day as the appointment.
Not at all. Piercings can usually be done on a daily basis, however we do book up pretty fast for the next day. Tattoos depend on a multitude of factors such as design, draw time, artist availability, etc.. If you have a specific timeframe please book a consultation and discuss it with your artist one on one and they will do their best to accommodate you. We often take appointments outside of our posted hours for clients who need accommodation, and the only way to find this out is to book a consultation with the artist of your choice.
All bookings are final. If you are not able to show up to your appointment for any reason you will lose your deposit or be charged a cancellation fee. We understand that sometimes things happen that cause you to not be able to show up to an appointment, but regardless of why, the penalty is the same for everyone. please read all of our instructions regarding appointments carefully. Our rules are fair and firm.
Once you have entered your information, information regarding the service, and input your credit card information to reserve the appointment, you will get an email immediately confirming that the appointment has been submitted to the artist to accept. You will get a separate email when the artist accepts the appointment. If you do not receive an email then you did not complete the booking process and do not have an appointment.
In order to make an appointment you must enter your credit card information. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show for your appointment. We do not have access to your card information and cannot use this card for your purchases in our studio. If you prefer not to use your credit card to make an appointment you may stop by the studio with cash to make an appointment for a future date and time and it will be returned to you upon your appointment.
Any child under 14 who is not getting their ears pierced will not be allowed into the studio. The studio is no place for children who can distract artists working. We advise finding adequate childcare before your appointment. If you bring your child to the appointment you will have to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee.
